"How do I get my custom information and wording to you"
You can either upload it on the product page before you checkout, or simply email it after purchase - studionellcote@gmail.com
Your initial proof will be created within 1-2 days and emailed to you. PLEASE note, this will be to the email address supplied at checkout. We then go through a proof process until you are 100% happy.
"If photos are included, what resolution should they be?"Photos need to be 300 dpi JPEGS. Feel free to email them to us before purchase if you would like us to check them for you.
"Do you create the QR Code?"
YES! All you need to provide is your URL or link to your wedding website.
"What if I want a customization in the layout"
Assuming that it is not an addition of a graphic that we do not have, that is fine! We are all about customization. Why not email us before purchase and we can advise you?
"How will I know when my order is on the way?"
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details when your order is on its way to you!
